Cancellation Policy
At Eleni Hair Studio, I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. I want your experience to be as stress-free as possible, so there are no fees associated with first time cancellations. However, any same-day cancellations after the first time will be subject to a cancellation fee. I greatly appreciate at least a 24-48 hour notice in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
